Job Purpose:
This role is essential to: Fulfill the operational and business needs of the region Facilitate and support cross-functional departments in their day-to-day activities Provide a stable, efficient, and collaborative work environment Contribute directly to the growth and performance of the company By ensuring seamless administrative and operational support, this role helps maintain continuity, enhance regional coordination, and align with the company’s broader business objectives—making South-3 a strong pillar of organizational success.
Job Responsibilities:
• Fleet Management
• Facility Management
• Vendor Management
• Travel and Accommodation management
• Day-to-day routine operation
• Invoice processing and verification
• Look after overall in-house events, meetings, and higher management visits.
• Property agreement renewal and haunting a new location.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience, a nd Skills):
Education:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC-recognized university
Work Experience:
• At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience
